01Launch vehicle / LV—01
Thrust,contained.
A launch vehicle is a vertical chain of structures, tanks, guidance and engines aligned around one load path.
- Stage
- 8.8 m
- System
- 12 groups
- State
- 5 engines
02Primary structure / Airframe scan
Skin carriesthe load.
Panel seams, clamp bands and twin side boosters pass aerodynamic and engine loads into the central vehicle shell.
- Stage
- +Y axis
- System
- 2 boosters
- State
- 3 bands
03Payload fairing / Unlock
Release theload path.
The clamp band unloads first. Six pushers extend in sequence before either fairing half is allowed to move.
- Stage
- 1 band
- System
- 6 pushers
- State
- Low shock
04Payload fairing / Jettison
Rotate, thenclear.
Port and starboard shells hinge apart with a slight timing offset, twist clear and establish payload clearance.
- Stage
- 2 halves
- System
- 34° hinge
- State
- Clear
05Payload adapter / Separation
Purpose,released.
The adapter ring unloads, spring force lifts the spacecraft and the avionics deck counter-rotates for inspection.
- Stage
- Adapter
- System
- Spring
- State
- Uplink
06Tank section / Cutaway
Cold mass.Stored energy.
The shell becomes a technical layer while tank domes, pressurant bottles and the oxidizer/fuel volumes separate subtly.
- Stage
- LOX
- System
- Fuel
- State
- Pressure
07Propellant path / Valve sequence
Open. Route.Condition.
Four valves open from tank to engine while staggered pulses trace both downcomers through the thrust structure.
- Stage
- 4 valves
- System
- 2 feeds
- State
- Chilldown
08Thrust vector / Gimbal check
Five engines.Five vectors.
Each thrust chamber sweeps independently, exposing turbopumps, injector manifolds, actuators and nozzle extensions.
- Stage
- 5 gimbals
- System
- 2 axes
- State
- Nominal
09Terminal count / Dependency lock
Lock everysystem.
Engines, feed system, tanks, avionics, payload and fairings return in structural order before start permission.
- Stage
- T−10
- System
- Locked
- State
- Go
10Ignition command / Liftoff
One vehicle.Upward.
Bright cores stabilize inside turbulent plumes, shock cells form and the exhaust spreads across the launch datum.
- Stage
- T−0
- System
- Stable thrust
- State
- Liftoff
